The Importance of Follow Up
I will, I shall, I can, I don’t, I won’t... promises of business made by so many recruiters and broken by All of them... yes that right ‘ALL’ of them whether it’s being palmed off by a client that says ‘call me back in three months’ or the candidate that says ‘I might be looking in two months, call be back then’ we have all agreed to a similar request before, did we call them back... every time? What if they were waiting for the call?
